EAE timeout! EAE not running, or wrong folder?

I have hosted Plex Server in a VMware Virtual Machine on Ubuntu 18.04 for awhile now. I just noticed today my logs being spammed with the error of “EAE timeout! EAE not running, or wrong folder?”. Can I please get some guidance on how to fix this? I host to Plex Servers and both are having this problem.
