Early Access app audio problem

I turned on “Early Access” on the plex app my Vizio v705-h3 everything seemed to be fine until I tried playing a subtitled anime file, the audio was garbled on the TV but played fine from the server computer, I disabled “Early Access” and the audio on the TV was fine again, the audio is listed in settings as “(OPUS 5.1)”

Thanks for reporting. Could you go into Settings->About and tell me what it says for Chipset?

Just double checking if you might be able to get me that chipset info I mentioned. I’m pretty sure I can fix it, I just need to verify that first. Thanks!

Sorry I couldn’t find what you were talking about until I re-enabled “Early Access”, the chips etc says SX7B (2)

Thanks for the info. That was what I was guessing it might be, so it should be an easy fix.
