Early Access mode on Xbox One doesn’t connect to local Plex server

Player Version#: 2.65.1.70 (in non-Early Access mode)

After activating Early Access, my XBox One won’t connect to my local Plex server. (This is a fault I first encountered last year (2020). I thought I would try again in case any new updates had corrected the issue.)

I use the Manual Connection option to provide the IP Address of the server and Allow Insecure & Prefer Insecure is set to Always. It is identical both in Release and Early Access mode, but doesn’t work when in Early Access mode.

Others have indicated it works for them, but it might be that their network setup is different than mine. I run a VPN on my Plex server, with a ‘hole’ for local network traffic (on 192.168.0.*).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For future reference. I have now updated to latest release version, and this now works correctly.
