There is no easy way to transfer from one OS to another. File paths are different. Settings storage areas are different. However, there is a nice KB that gives basics of what’s needed for same old OS to new oS. https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201370363-Move-an-Install-to-Another-System

There is unfortunately no way to copy the settings from a nVidia Shield device. They are stored in a special area of memory where users don’t have access (unless the device is ‘jailbroken’). The “fun” of using Android.
