'Email had already been taken'

Hello,

I’ve been trying to log into my existing account that has all my friends, my settings, shared servers ect, and it keeps telling me ‘email has already been taken’ as I try to log in with facebook like I always usually do. When I try to log in manually with my username rockangel1921 and my password, it doesn’t work either saying “The username or password is incorrect. Repeated attempts may temporarily disable sign in.”. When I try to recover the password, I don’t receive any email, (I checked the spam folder too!!)
What’s wrong?? :cry:

Yes please, I tried to delete the account with my Gmail so I could stop having them mixed up. Rockangel1921 is supposed to be linked to my hotmail/Facebook…ah well no idea how this happened… Thank you.
