I’m a photographer (video and stills), I use Plex for viewing private videos outside my home an it work so well!
I have mye own small server with nature shots I’ve filmed myselfe, since Plex server software work so well, and my own server does the job, is it possible to embed these videos on my web page? So people can view them without signing in to a plex account?
No, this is not possible.
Any update on this since 2015?

There was no change in Plex which would make this easier.
On the contrary, Plex is now demanding that every client authenticates itself, by default.
