Hello Plex team,
I am writing to request the reactivation or availability of the Plex Alexa Skill in South Africa. I am disabled, and for almost two years, I have relied on the Alexa integration to use Plex. Unfortunately, as of yesterday, the Alexa Skill stopped working for me, which has made it much more difficult to interact with my Plex media without the use of a remote.
Using Alexa with Plex has been a game-changer, as I am unable to use a remote due to my disability. It was the primary way I accessed and enjoyed my content independently. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider enabling the Alexa Skill in South Africa, or if possible, provide a solution for users in regions where it is currently unavailable.
