Trying to enter my recently purchased licences into my Pi 2.
I've followed these instructions:
type 'ssh root@(ip address of raspberry pi)' without quotes
ex. ssh root @192.168.1.12
Enter your RasPlex password (default is rasplex)
typemount -o remount,rw /flash
edit /flash/config.txt using nano:nano /flash/config.txt
I've edited the lines decode_MPG2=0x0000000 & decode_WVC1=0x0000000with my new numbers, uncommented by removing # then ctrl x, yes to save then I reboot the Pi2.
All seems fine but the command vcgencmd codec_enabled MPG2 gives a result of MPG2=disabled and also my mpeg2 files are still being transcoded....
I've also removed the sd card and viewed the config.txt file on a pc. The licence numbers are clearly there.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
Cheers, Steve.
Edit: Sorry should add, I'm running 0.6.0 if that makes any difference?

Doesn't make any difference, procedure is same for all Rasplex releases. Check you have the codes the right way round, easy to put the wrong ones against each decode. I use licence codes on four of my Rasplex Pi's, definitely works. If you have more than one Pi the codes are specific to each individual Pi and cannot be used on any other Pi.
