EPG not loading

Server Version#: 1.19.1.2645

I can successfully add my tuner to Plex and find all my channels (I am using my FritzBox Cable Router and the community tuner, my provider is Unitymedia (now known as Vodafone) in Germany, Frankfurt), but when then trying to initialize my EPG it fails. It gets stuck at 0% and does not find any airings. When I restart plex the percentage slowly goes up and I saw that it added some airing, but it’s so damn slow that it never finishes. I let it run for nearly 24 hours and it got up to 54% (last I checked) but when I came back some time later it was “done” but there was no EPG available (I don’t know what exactly happened).

I sometimes get these errors in my logs (don’t know if related):

Error issuing curl_easy_perform(handle): 28
HTTP simulating 408 after curl timeout

Sometimes I get error for specific airings:

CloudEPG: Unable to get show metadata for /library/metadata/5da900d583b0d20020cce70c; adding from airing.

What I already tried:

• Removed the DVR, cleared the database and packages, and redo the entire process (with no success)

Any help would be appreciated.

Is there anyone maybe using the same EPG that is running this successfully? Just wondering if this is an issue only I am encountering or other people also. Any help would be highly appreciated.
