EPG not updating automatically

The Plex EPG isn’t automatically updating on my windows 11 PC. I’ve noticed that it never updates for more than 24 hours in the future and always stops at 7PM EST. I’ve tried removing then re-adding the tuner and verified that scheduled tasks have all boxes checked and runs from 2-5AM.

Manually refreshing works, but I have to manually refresh every time I watch TV. The EPG has never automatically refreshed from the first time I’ve installed it. The HDHomeRun app’s EPG works without issues.

I’ve also attached my Plex Media Server.log file

Do you have a Plex Pass?

Without a PP is only has a limited guide that has to be manually refreshed.

No I don’t, I didn’t know Plex Pass was required for a basic feature. Thanks for confirming.
