Why do I need to keep manually refreshing my EPG data?

Hi - I am located in the US. I believe that there aren’t any Plex changes requiring for me to use a new EPG source.

I’m on the latest Windows Plex Server build - I just updated a few minutes ago.

I have noticed that I now need to keep manually Refresh guide data in order for the next couple weeks of programs to get populated. I do have the Perform refresh of program guide data server setting configured to automatically update at 4:00 AM every morning.

Why doesn’t my EPG data automatically update?

It does but there’s a (known) bug so it’s not doing it correctly so yes, manually refreshing the guide every few days is needed.

I guess I don’t need to report anything, then. I’m assuming that there isn’t a fix that I can apply in the meantime (other that manually updating)?
