Episodes of shows being marked as watched when I haven't watched them

Episodes of multiple shows are being marked as “watched” as soon as they get added to my library and I don’t know what to do. More frustrating I have gone in and manually set them as unwatched only to have them change to watched again within minutes.

I recently started using sonarr, could this be causing it? I really don’t see how.
