After watching an episode of a TV show, when i back out to the episode list in the season, the episode i just watched is still showing the unwatched icon. However, if i go back into the same episode, it does not say unwatched. I've verified in Plex Web it is marked as watched. Seems like the episode list needs to be refreshed after watching an episode.

I actually thought I did too last night, but was very sleepy after replying on the forums so wasn't paying much attention ;) I'll hunt it down!

I've noticed this as well. It doesn't have to be after watching an episode either, if you just go into the episode and mark it as watched and then back out I've noticed that it stays unwatched in the episode list.
The episode I watched last night toggled to watched. It did get stuck on the last frame just like the Android TV client though, but with a spinning circle.
Experienced the same thing.
Go to the actual browse mode, watch something and come back and the watched indicator isn't removed.
I was doing a marathon Leverage last night and none of the episodes were marked as watched until I either quit the app or the browse mode (not sure which one did the trick).
Noted as a bug, we'll fix it :)
