Very carefully look (Edit) each TV library’s list of folders. Think about the hierarchy and be certain one is not a subset of the other (I’ve done it. haha).
After you’ve verified that.
- Update all libraries
- After they’ve finished
- Empty Trash (let it finish)
- Clean Bundles (this will take a measurable amount)
- Optimize Database
You should be able to observe that as the Libraries are updating, the ‘2’ is being removed from each item. If not, and you’re certain the lists are right, start searching for Symbolic links (symlinks) in the filesystem itself.
