From what I have read this requires a reset from Plex support? Or waiting it out…
I replaced my router yesterday. I was having stability issues with my Plex server and figured I would build a new iocage jail using the latest freebsd release available in my environment 12.2. I then started receiving this error.
ERROR - CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to upload CSR: 429, <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
We are looking into this. Can you please restart your server and grab logs if still happening
I get the same Error on my WDMycloud EX2 Ultra after installing the new version manually.

Got the same error.
Got the same error, certificate is not good since today or few days, don’t know why. Didn’t made any changes and can’t access to plex on any app because of that.

This seems to be resolved now.
I did nothing, and server was online the entire time.
