Server cannot get new certificates

Server Version#: 1.25.5.5492-7000 (Running on Synology DS920+
Player Version#:

I started getting a error below

Error — CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to upload CSR: 429, <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

this was noticed only few days ago, the server was unreachable remote or through app.plex.tv only via direct IP. Followed troubleshooting process.

  1. Restarted the server and host
  2. Signed out of the server and my account followed by reclaiming the server
  3. Restarted the server again

I was never able to get it to work via browser, 1-2 devices still stay connected by I need to log in and out to re-establish the connection.

Update: I shut off Plex service for 24 hours hoping that the ip ban is removed but still not able to get a certificate

Your certificate was stuck. I reset it.
Please restart the server.
