Error Code s3015 / s3016

I’m getting error code s3015 and error code s3016 in web-plex every time I try to play any file locally. I have not tried to play remote yet. The picture flickers as if starting to play, then the buffering yellow circle appears, before the error popup comes up.

I’m running a 451+ qnap server., qts 4.3.6.0907. I tried updating PMS to beta, and I’ve tried backtracking to an earlier version. Been running this server for 3 years. Never had a problem like this.
