Error h3: Decode in plex-web on iPhone

I’ve got an issue watching 4K HEVC HDR10 on plex over web on iPhones (I’ve checked it on two different devices with the same result.) Every time I start playing the file, I receive an error message saying “Playback Error; Error code: h3 (Decode)” without starting the video itself.

If I play the same file on another device (iPad) via web - it works. If I play it on TV - it works.
What may cause such error?
