Error in app Samsung TV

Good evening,

The application stopped me from walking on my TV. I’ve had it installed for years and never had a problem, but now I wanted to go in to watch a movie and it’s stuck. I tried everything: turned off the tv, reinstalled the app and nothing. In fact now it won’t even let me log in, because I try to do something and it hangs.

Does it have to do with the update a few days ago?

I need help please.

I have the same issue on my 3 Samsung tvs. When streaming tv shows it gets to the last 2 min and then locks up saying unavailable. On web and mobile players it works fine. And movies I am experiencing constant freezing. It says Samsung tv app updated on 4/7 and it seems all my issues started after the update. I’ve uninstalled, clear cache, reinstalled and still same issue.

I have noted this issue last few days, if i watch a tv show, stops at last minute aproximately, always… but in another TV i just buyed yesterday, (xiaomi P1) the problem doesn’t exist, so, is something related to Samsung TV,s
