_PS: I have restart the Plex Media Server and do the “plex dance” before.

But nothing for background:
The change is in version 1.2.3 and there is no longer any reference to
preview.jpgin the fanart code - it could be old references
Could you test with some new media and if the problem remains, please get zip of the logs and screenshots
