I did change no data to apple
But when standing on the line and pressing play nothing happens?

Cause you shouldn't change the DNS yet. Bring it back to auto. Then, put all (3) certs created in the assests>certificates folder.
Launch PlexConnect
Go to settings
Ganeral
Put send data to apple on NO
click Play button on the remote
write:
YourIPAdress/trailers.cer
The profile will be installed.
After that change the DNS and restart PlexConnect and enjoy.
I think there is something wrong with the installation, when I double-click on PlexConnect.py this is the screen print.
Nothing wrong. You opened the file. You did not run it. To run it you should use terminal.
