I am having issues playing an entire tv series (with every single episode) on my Amazon firestick. I get this error message every time I try to play any episode from this TV series (Chuck): “Error Playback has stopped because the connection to the Plex Media Server has been lost. Please ensure the server is available and retry.” Below is the error log. Can anyone help me determine what the problem is? I can play these episodes from any other device. I’ve updated and restarted and reset the firestick, still gives me issues with this particular tv show.
