Error Syncing Extras

When I have multiple versions of a film, I use one version as the main movie file and store the rest as featurettes. I can say for certain that I have previously been able to sync individual movie extras to my phone, but lately I seem to be having trouble. I’m trying to sync featurettes for 3 different films, and they all return “An error occurred while syncing this media” in Sync Status.

I’m not sure which log file is pertinent to troubleshoot this.

PMS for Windows v1.9.7.4460
Plex for Android v6.9.0.2683 (c21db300)

Movie extras cannot be synced.

What you can sync is TV show ‘Extras’ (Season 00). Maybe that is what you remember.

hmm. Well, okay then.

I do remember syncing a Star Trek fan edit to my phone once upon a time. I remember being able to watch it without using data, but not being able to access it (whether the main file was synced as well or not) from the Local database–only through the server’s database.
