Hi !
I have a brand new Plex Pass and I wanted to sync movies and their bonuses to my tablet to watch offline.
First of all, when it’s an online bonus, coming from Plex Pass, I can’t sync them at all. It says that there was an error.
Second, when it’s a local bonus that I put there myself, It syncs successfully but I can’t find it on my Android app ! There is no bonus section on the film page in the Local content.
Can you fix this please ??
Mobile Sync is the #1 feature that justifies my Plex Pass.
