When I attempt to play a TV show in Plex on the Playstation, when I attempt to load the video on both my PS3 and my PS4, I get the error message “The Video Did Not Start Playing In Time.” However, if I attempt to load the video in Plex on my Xbox 360, the video will load just fine. What’s going on?
Are you on the newest server plex pass version 9.14 or whatever? I just manually upgraded to that via the web page because my server app wasn’t updating on its own, and now my PS3 just fails to play anything.
This is happening to me as well. Manually updated to the latest server (and then the latest again, as of last night) and Playstation can no longer play. Other clients seem fine.

Yeah. I’m on the same version as you. Plays fine on my Xbox 360, not on my PS3 or PS4. I haven’t tried it on my Roku yet.
We found the issue with our latest PMS release. The server team has fixed it. Looks like we’ve already started the gears on a new update release.
