Error: "unable to play media" android phone

hey everyone,
when I’m trying to play on my phone (google pixel 7) I’m getting an error says “unable to play media”. its only happened on my phone and only with some of the files and not all of them. when I’m play on my tablet or pc it works perfect.
i tried to reinstall the app, restart my phone, and disable transcoding but nothing helps.
also, I’m not sure if its related but i bought plex pass yesterday.

hope you guys have any idea what to do and how to solve this problem.
