Hi,
since the version 7 android plex app, I can’t play media on it. The media appears on the bottom of the screen and can’t be played.
Here’s a screenshot of it.
Even if I click play at the bottom, nothing happens.
I tried to disconnect and reconnect on the app but no changes.
Could you help me please?

I had the same issue on Android. I ended up uninstalling the app, and then reinstalling and all is working now.

I have the same problem on my Note 8. Reinstalling makes it work once, but when I got no audio while transcoding I tried to switch quality to Original. The app crashed to home screen and then resumed doing the original behavior as seen in the OP.
Problem just came back for me as well.
Please fix this.
Same here it will work if you choose external player but you will lose the spot if you stop video. I can’t believe they put this out. We are paying bets testers

Same here, Note 8. Works briefly after reinstalling, but then all problems comes back.
Even when it works I hate this new app! It always defaults to my 3d movie library instead of the regular one, changing servers is a pita, seeing the full list of movies or shows now requires two clicks (before it remembered your choice).
One step forward, three backwards… that is what this feels like.

Went back to the previous version. Much happier now! Check out how all the latest reviews on the app store are 1 star. Plex really screwed this up. After you install an older (6X version, you will have to delete the device from your account and reboot the device before things work right again)
