how so?
any error messages, black/stuck screen…?

What do you get to see on the server’s “Now Playing” page if you watch the same item on each of the devices? e.g. both displaying the same with regards to local/remote/indirect streaming, which tracks (video/audio/subtitle) are playing directly / being transcoded (from what to what, using hw-acceleration or not)…

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I can’t see the device connected because when I open the movie I have this error. An error occurred while trying to play this video. Please check your connection and verify. Device is connected to the network because others videos working and if I used an old Buzz box or my Android phone, the video that I tried to open with my new box = working

how about different client preferences?
e.g. if your server isn’t capable to transcode a movie or has been configured not to support transcoding, this can conflict with certain client configurations (or environment settings) that require a transcode. In such a case, Plex will often show an ambiguous error message like the one you’ve mentioned.
