I’m trying to use a postprocessing script to convert recorded shows to a smaller .mp4 file using HandBrakeCLI. The script runs fine when run manually, so it doesn’t seem to be a permissions conflict or anything with the script, but when I try to run through the Live TV & DVR settings, it gives me an error. Looking at the logs, it appears to be a Handbrake error code 1, which as far as I can tell is that the processing is cancelled. I tried to add a lock file with code from another script, but that doesn’t work either. Is anyone else having this problem?
I am running the latest version of Plex server (1.13.4.5251-2e6e8f841) on Linux Ubuntu 18.04. The script is from here: https://github.com/nebhead/PlexPostProc
