Every DVR recording starts recording 11 minutes late

I’m new to Plex LiveTV/DVR, but every scheduled recording starts 11 minutes late. I’ve tried 2-3 different channels and TV Show (news) and a Movie. With the news show, they list the Time at the bottom of the screen, so the 10:00 news starts recording at 10:11. I turned off the commercial skip and it still records for 30 minutes, but it records the first 11 minutes of the next program.

Do you have PMS installed on a dedicated machine? Have you made sure the time on that machine is correct?

Thank you for the idea. It is running on a QNAP NAS and I just looked at it and its time is 12 minutes off.
