Everytime i update the server all the other devices go offline!

Player Version#: Every update since im a member

Main server works but all other devices go offline. Help support!!!

I don’t understand.
What does “the other devices go offline!” mean?
Is an error message displayed?
What are you trying to do, what happens instead?
