For the last month I noticed plex wasn’t working for my TV randomly. No App updates or server updates. I upgraded the server, still nothing. Tried on my phone, and my partners phone, and on the player from within the plex server URL, it didn’t work. So I left it, waiting to see if another update is done. Now there has been a new server update (listed above) and I can see it on my Laptop Plex URL (when playing back) they work. On my phone, logged in as the only user, I can see it working. When i’m logged in as the same user on the TV Plex app (latest version) AND on my partners IOS Plex App (latest version) it says the server is offline! I created an account for her, logged her into that account with access to the server, and it worked. It detected the server on her phone, but only showed 30 seconds of playback because she doesn’t have plex pass! I logged out, logged back in on her phone with my admin account, and then it showed as offline! This is the same account as the one that is on all other devices, it is the only account (up until I created one for her to test). WTH is going on? The past year everything has been up and down. I find it frustrating, but she’s majorly annoyed over it which is frustrating me more
1: The server is on and accessible
2: The app updates on both IOS devices are updated to their latest version
3: The TV has the latest app version (released 31st March) and was working after that update but then stopped at some point
4: The plex server has been updated twice within the past week, now on the latest update
The issue has nothing to do with the server itself as it is up and running and detectible. PLEASE HELP. PLEASE FIX
