Is it possible to attach an external audio track (*.mka) to video (*.mkv) in PLEX?

I tried to rename audio files to the same name as video but it doesn't work. May be I'm missing something...

No. But you can quickly remux it in with MKVtoolnix.

Alternate [external] Audio Tracks

Directors Commentary, Dubs, etc.I'd love the ability to load external audio tracks for directors commentaries, things like MST3K-style alternate audios, dubs, etc. Sometimes these are in MKV, but sometimes you find them as separate files. Would love to be able to play simultaneously!
