My external hard drives movies have been deleted after I loaded to plex some covers showed up others didnt and showed up as files in file folder I logged out of plex and logged back in later and all movies and files were deleted from the server and that was over 600 movies
Plex never ever delete medias, unless the owner allowed it, and the owner, and only the owner, specific selected it one movie a time!
Something else has deleted your medias!
All I did was add media from the add menu selected the folder and that’s it
Sorry, but as said, something else must have deleted your medias then
