Beyond a “Play All” could be an additional Extras screen that would allow for different sorting options, display alternate versions of the movie, or an option to play the movie with the “commentary” audio tracks or subtitle annotation track.

I‘m not 100% sure what you’re looking for / trying to achieve. There’s a few existing suggestions dealing with this context.
You can use the Editions feature to manage alternative cuts/versions. Those will be listed in a separate hub on the movie details page.
There’s also an existing suggestion discussing this feature. I remember this used to be a thing with DVD menus - though personally I’m quite happy with the option to select tracks on the movie page (or during playback)… however that’s just me and shouldn’t discredit the suggestion
