When using PLEX you can select an actor to see every movie/tv show that they have been in, but only if you have it in your library. It would be nice to have a section that shows ‘un-owned’ content, i.e., all movies/tv that you don’t own.
For example, when I click on a movie in my PLEX server that has Al Pacino, I see 15 movies that are on my server. It would be nice to show all other’s from his discography page from IMDB or another source (https://www.themoviedb.org/person/1158-al-pacino)
There’s already an existing feature suggestion discussing an option to see the full filmography of an actor. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
There’s yet another suggestion asking for a full “actor profile” with more information from the various agents. That thread is quite old and it seems some of the mockups they created are no longer visible.
Unless I’ve missed some unique aspect, I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
