Search options on actors in private collection an plex search

one question:
i watch a movie on my server from my private collection. main actor is e.g. robert deniro.
selecting the movie from my server, i can see the cast and i click on robert deniro. than i can see basic infos and a list of all robert deniro movies on my server. But there is no chance to see his entire filmography.
if i type robert deniro in the plex search-field, i reach his cart, showing basic infos, a list of his movies which are on my server, AND lists of his entire filmography!
question: why is it not possible to see all lists and infos and everything when i look at his profile, when i access it from a movie from my server?

Edit the library in Plex where this movie is located.
Disable “Include adult content”

It worked nearly on every platform, except on my Nvidia shield pro. there plex shows me now the list of the movies on my server, and the “known for” list of movies. but not the complete filmography. but only on the nvidia plex version. on mobiles, windows11 etc. it runs perfectly!
