It would be very nice if we could get mouse-over text for library items. The popup text could be the Summary text stored under the General tab if you were to click the item’s Edit icon. If you want to be fancy, you could even add a new text field, e.g. Mouse-Over Text, which would be optional and its text would display–only when present–instead of the Summary text. If you do add mouse-over text, please have it stay on-screen as long as you’re mousing-over the library item; don’t have it disappear after N seconds because it’s annoying when trying to read large amounts of text.
