Add speed up and slow down function to Plex client on Android. For example, 1.1x 1.2x. 1.3x, 1.4x, 1.5x up to 2x

Could also include in this feature a mode to have it adjust the playback speed according to a time you want to be done with the movie… Like if you’re on a train, it will be at the station in 30 minutes, but you have still 35 minutes left of the episode, you can tell it speed up so it finish playing by HH:MM
