First off, I apologize if this topic has ever been requested by other users here. If that is the case, please help point me in the right direction to allow me to upvote the request.
I would like to request PLEX to add some kind of a “Featured videos” section on the very top of the PMS home section that is permanently stickied. The goal is to allow admin to add whatever video they wish to be prominent and visible to all users on the server.
I constantly add new videos that I’ve worked on onto my server, but there are certain videos that I wish to highlight and make more visible to my friends and families. The “Featured Videos” section will help prevent those videos from being buried under newly added videos. Maybe limit the number of videos in this section to just 5 so as to not make it too crowded.
It will also be nice if this section can be much more prominent and interactive where it has bigger thumbnails and can play a short snippet of the videos (muted of course). It could also be carousel like where it progresses from snippets of one video to the next. But as mentioned above, the most important part is to make it permanently visible on top of the home section for every single user on the server.
