[Feature Request] Add Transcode Bitrate to Web API

Requesting that the Transcode Bitrate be added to the TranscodeSession section of the web api.

 

I think it would be useful in the Now Playing section for user testing\information in PlexWeb and for third party apps (plexWatch [logging], plexSentry [disclaimer it's my app, logging and limiter]) without having to parse the logs at debug level.

I would think, with the numbers of smaller CPU's trying to do transcoding that the speed could also be of benefit in the now playing section.  It would make it so much easier to explain to someone why they are buffering, as there would be no need to go log diving.

More information is always good.  If you don't want/need it, ignore or turn it off.  Got my vote.

I can see how that would be nifty for people, even to add the progress of the transcode as well for when the transcoder pauses between batches
