In a conversation over in another thread (https://forums.plex.tv/topic/120377-pre-rolls-collection/?p=719570), it was highlighted that it'd be a benefit to be able to define PreRolls per library (so in the individual library settings)... This ideally wouldn't replace the global setting that exists now, but rather be the first preference... i.e. use the library PreRoll else if none use the global...
Id love to be able to use preroll without trailers enabled and forced!
I agree. Doing preroll per video would be an overkill and probably a lot more work and this setting is just nice. I might want preroll for my photos library even but not my music library.

I have created a new “Feature Request” for exactly this. Pls like!
