I have seen the option to browse TV shows by network on some On Demand services.
You can already filter by TV network
Which plex client are you using?
You can filter by network in the web app and the Roku. I would imagine most other apps have that ability too.

Tried to walk a friend through the process over the phone. My verbal description of the the three line hamburger icon wasn’t making sense, so I walked across the street to show them. Might be more exercise than I want in this case.
