Feature Request - Clean up meta data from database including backup/restore feature

I assume I’m not the only one missing some advanced features to clean up the database.

For example, I activated a while ago the auto tagging of photos. Now I disabled this feature because I didn’t get the results I was hopping for. As a result a part of my photos now has useless auto tags that I want to clean up.

Please consider to add a clean up function in Plex to clean up the photo’s auto tags. There would probably be more meta data that would benefit from such a feature.
