One of the most annoying things is when I get all settled into a movie only to find out I've got to pause it to go find the forced subtitles (non-English only) for the movie. I know there is really no definitive index or collection of forced subs out there so automating the process is very difficult.
I would like to see a system, very much like the theme music submissions, but for forced subs. Users could submit the forced subs for the community. Then have an option on the Plex server to automatically download only the forced subs for any/all movies, if available. I know that it isn't a perfect way because not all encodings will match up, but it's a start. If there is more than one encoding version of a forced sub, we can have them all submitted by users. Then, when watching a movie, we can pick which one matches our own movie best.
