My ISP is going to start enforcing a combined up/down data cap on my line starting in October (2TB).
I have regularly been at least doubling the forthcoming data cap with the amount of remote streams on my Plex servers, so I was wondering if it would be possible to add a data quota per user and/or view the data per user account.
I checked the existing feature requests and did see the xtables route for 3rd party data quotas, but that would be problematic as my Plex servers are Windows based and there does not appear to be an easy (feasible) way to transpose the method to Windows.
