[FEATURE REQUEST] Default DVR Program Options and Lock Show feature.

The DVR system is really solid now and I appreciate all the hard work on it.

ITEM 1

  1. When setting up a recording I would like to have the ability to use a predefined recording option set.
  2. After clicking Record on a program, I generally set it to replace SD recordings with HD recordings, New and Repeat, Save last 5 episodes (space management)
  3. What I would also like to see is a [Set as Default Recording Options] button.
  4. When I go to click on the next show I want to record these options would be remembered from the last time I set as default.
  5. When I go to click on a third show, I should still be able to have the default options populated but may want to change 1 option for that particular show. IE Save last 30 days.
  6. I should be able to change that one option without changing the default options that I have previously set and pre-populated on that recording.
  7. If I click [Set Default Recording Options] again on the last show I was working on, that would be the new default set.

ITEM 2

  1. When setting a [Keep last (n) recordings] it would be nice to have an option to lock an episode from deletion
  2. Example - If I am watching the news and I see something that I want to watch again later on the news, it would be awesome if I could go into the episode properties and lock that episode from deletion.
  3. This does not stop me from manually deleting the episode.
  4. This still allows (n) recordings to still take place.
  5. If I lock one episode and it is set to keep 5, it should keep only 5 plus the one I locked.
