Please add more configurable “defaults” for recordings in DVR setup. In particular the “series link” (UK name) option: “This espisode” and “All Episodes” and if “all episodes” a choice between “New Airings Only” and “New and repeat airings” The default should not be “New Airings only”. How does the DVR EPG data know if I have watched it some time in the past? I’ve missed a program being recordered this morning because I didn’t know it was a repeat airing. It was flagged as going to be recorded and then just didn’t get recorded.
If I set recordings up via other devices, I need to know that they will record, regardless of if they are repeated in the past or not.
PS: EDIT: If I missed something please accept apologies, but it was the only reason I could find that the recording didn’t start when it should. Starting it manually worked and I could record the rest of the program.
