Sometimes you've got a certain amount of time free to watch something before you have to (and probably should lol) do something else more productive... Now when watching Movies you can do this already and filter your movies by duration and see them in order, to make a suitable choice...
Currently this doesn't exist in the TV section though... I'd like to propose this as addition to the tv filters menu
