Ability to import/export playlists from a CSV file.

Reviving this old thread with same feature request. Export Tools is not a solution for me (“Sadly, dev work has been put on hold, due to plugins been discontinued by Plex”).
Plex needs a baked-in “export to csv” or “export list” option that will allow you to export things like a playlist, export a filtered list of your movies, or export a list of your entire catalog out of Plex for purposes of backup and recordkeeping. Currently, you can’t even copy/paste from the browser, so one resorts to screenshots.
Please - export solution!

ExportTools is still working, provided you update it to the latest release.
Yes, a built in Import / Export of Playlists.
I am rebuilding my Playlists right now, I only have 614 albums/songs and it is taking me weeks. I know in the next year I am going to be moving my Plex Media Server to a new computer and will have to do this all over.
We need a built in solution! I don’t want to go to a third party website and use a third party tool that requires a process to go through and a lot of people have trouble with.

Early 2021 clean-up:
- export playlist as list (e.g. csv) → available via 3rd party (e.g. ExportTools)
- export playlists (e.g. as m3u) → duplicate
FEATURE REQUEST: Ability to export playlists and import them back into Plex - export m3u files + media (e.g. to USB stick) → duplicate
